Counterculture is serving with City Team in one of the longest running humanitarian outreaches in all of Portland. We'll meet under the Burnside bridge to show dignity to our houseless neighbors, hear their stories, and help provide them with haircuts, food, clothing, hygiene and more. Roll up your sleeves and come on out.
